Welcome to the Venus Health Community, a sacred wellness space created by Helen, Holistic Health Practitioner and Reflector Guide.

Our mission is to empower women to rise in health, harmony, and ascension through natural detox, reflective practices, and holistic healing. To keep this space high-vibrational, safe, and empowering for everyone, all members agree to uphold the following Community Guidelines & Ethics Policy.

1. Our Core Values

The Venus Health Community is built upon five guiding principles:

Integrity - We speak truthfully and uphold high energetic and ethical standards.

Respect - We honour every member’s journey, belief system, and pace of growth.

Compassion - We listen deeply and share with kindness.

Confidentiality - What is shared in the community stays within the community.

Sovereignty - We empower each other to make intuitive, self-led decisions about our health and healing.

2. Respectful Communication

To nurture a supportive environment, members agree to:

Use compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgmental language.

Avoid arguments, gossip, or divisive debates.

Honour cultural, spiritual, and personal differences.

Refrain from unsolicited advice or diagnosing others.

Remember: this community is for sharing experience and wisdom — not imposing beliefs.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

Members must not:

Offer medical, nutritional, or psychological advice unless they are qualified professionals acting within scope.

Diagnose, prescribe, or suggest medication or treatment to others.

Promote unverified health claims.

Helen and the Venus Health team provide educational guidance only, not medical treatment. Members are responsible for consulting healthcare professionals for personal health matters.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

This community is a sacred space for open sharing. To maintain trust:

Do not share screenshots, messages, or private details outside the group.

Do not repost member content without explicit permission.

Respect personal boundaries at all times.

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community.

5. Energetic & Ethical Boundaries

To preserve high vibrational integrity, we ask that all members:

Engage authentically (no spam, self-promotion, or hidden agendas).

Keep all sales, services, and business promotions outside the main community spaces, unless approved by Helen.

Refrain from energy manipulation, coercion, or judgmental behaviour.

This community exists to support healing, not to sell, convert, or recruit.

6. Upholding Feminine Leadership Principles

We honour cyclical wisdom, intuitive flow, and compassionate leadership. Members are encouraged to:

Speak from their own experience (“I feel…” rather than “You should…”).

Pause before responding if triggered.

Take self-responsibility for emotional regulation and energetic hygiene.

We rise together by embodying the principles we wish to see in others.

7. Content Standards

To maintain a high-frequency environment, we do not allow:

Explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.

Political or religious debate.

Promotion of conspiracy theories, misinformation, or harmful narratives.

Any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation.

The Venus Health moderators reserve the right to remove any post or member that disrupts the harmony or mission of the community.

8. Intellectual Property & Sharing

All materials, including detox protocols, guides, meditations, and live replays, are for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them publicly without written permission.

When referencing Helen’s teachings elsewhere, please credit appropriately:

“Inspired by Helen, founder of Venus Health Community.”

9. Moderation & Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, moderators may:

Remove content that breaches these guidelines.

Pause or restrict access to members who repeatedly violate boundaries.

Permanently remove members engaging in harmful or unethical behaviour.

Our approach is restorative first, we aim for understanding and resolution, but we uphold the energetic integrity of the space above all.

11. Energetic Agreement

By joining the Venus Health Community, you energetically and legally agree to:

Respect the collective space.

Take full responsibility for your own health journey.

Honour the spirit of collaboration and upliftment.

Together, we hold this container as a sanctuary of truth, trust, and transformation.
