Memberships may be billed monthly, annually, as a one-off payment, or on another payment basis as stated at checkout.
You are responsible for cancelling any recurring membership before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. We do not provide refunds for membership payments already taken, except where required by law.
Cancelling a membership prevents future billing, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made.
If your membership ends, your access to membership content, community spaces, recordings, resources, live sessions, downloads and bonuses may also end immediately or at the end of your paid access period, depending on the membership terms in place at the time.
11. Lifetime Memberships
If Venus Health Academy offers a lifetime membership, “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the relevant membership product, platform, programme, community, or business offering, not the lifetime of the individual member.
Lifetime membership does not guarantee that the membership, platform, content, community, website, programme, or business will operate indefinitely.
We reserve the right to amend, restructure, rename, merge, replace, discontinue, or close any lifetime membership if necessary for business, operational, legal, technical, safety, platform, financial, or strategic reasons.
Where possible, we will aim to provide reasonable notice of significant changes to lifetime membership access, but we are not liable for any loss arising from changes to, or closure of, a lifetime membership.
12. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be delivered online, by video call, phone call, group call, webinar platform, or another method agreed by us.
You are responsible for:
- booking the correct session;
- attending at the agreed time;
- ensuring you have a stable internet connection or phone connection;
- ensuring you are in a private and suitable environment;
- providing accurate information before and during the session;
- completing any pre-consultation form or questionnaire requested by us.
Coaching sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you are late for a session, the session may still end at the scheduled time. If you fail to attend a booked session, this may be treated as a missed session and no refund will be provided.
We may, at our discretion, allow a session to be rescheduled if reasonable notice is provided. Any rescheduling policy may be stated on the booking page or communicated to you separately.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or end a coaching relationship where we believe it is appropriate to do so, including where the client’s needs are outside our scope, where there is abusive or inappropriate behaviour, where payment has not been made, or where continuing would not be suitable.
13. Online Events, Workshops and Webinars
Venus Health Academy may offer online events, workshops, webinars, masterclasses, group sessions, live trainings, Q&A sessions and similar events.
Event purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you cannot attend an event, we are not obliged to provide a refund, transfer, replay, recording, credit, or alternative date unless this has been expressly stated on the relevant sales page.
We may record online events, workshops, webinars or group sessions. By attending, you acknowledge that your name, image, voice, questions, comments, or contributions may appear in the recording, depending on the platform and event format.
We reserve the right to remove attendees from online events where behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, disrespectful, unsafe, or contrary to these Terms.
We may change the date, time, platform, speaker, format, content, or structure of an event where reasonably necessary. If we cancel an event entirely and do not provide an alternative, we will act in accordance with our legal obligations.
14. Downloads, Templates and Digital Resources
Downloads, templates, forms, worksheets, guides, PDFs, recordings and other digital resources are provided for personal use only unless we have expressly given written permission for another use.
You must not:
