The Venus Health Community offers both free and paid content, including digital programs, live sessions, and holistic health resources. Because much of our material is digital and instantly accessible, refunds are limited and assessed with fairness and discretion.

All digital products, including downloadable protocols, journals, courses, and guides, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which remove the right to cancel once a digital download or online course has been accessed.

  1. Membership Subscriptions 3.1 Free Membership

There is no charge for joining the free Venus Health Community. You may unsubscribe or delete your account at any time.

3.2 Paid Membership

Paid members gain access to exclusive health protocols, live calls, Q&As, and downloadable resources. Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before your renewal date.

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us.

Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused membership periods.

We may, at our discretion, issue a one-time courtesy refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate purchase).

  1. Workshops, Events & Live Calls

All bookings for workshops, retreats, or live sessions (online or in person) are final once confirmed.

If you cannot attend, you may:

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in termination of your account and restricted future access to our services.
