Group Health Coaching Guidelines

Welcome to the Venus Health Academy Tuesday Group Health Coaching Sessions.

These sessions have been created as a safe, supportive, and respectful space where we can come together to share health experiences, ask questions, learn from one another, and feel more empowered in our health and wellbeing journeys.

Purpose of the Sessions

The Tuesday Group Health Coaching Sessions are designed to support open discussion, shared learning, and practical health education.

They are a space for:

  • Sharing health experiences
  • Asking questions
  • Learning from one another
  • Exploring conventional, integrative, natural, and holistic approaches to health
  • Supporting each other with respect and compassion
  • Building confidence in understanding the body

Respect for All Approaches to Health

These sessions are not here to bash the medical world, and they are not here to bash the holistic or natural health world either.

Whether you are interested in conventional medicine, integrative health, natural health, holistic wellbeing, or a mixture of all of these, you are very welcome here.

Everybody’s views, experiences, and opinions are welcome and valued.

Group Boundaries

To keep this space respectful and supportive, we ask that everyone follows these simple guidelines:

  1. Speak respectfully and listen with compassion.
  2. Remember that every person’s health journey is different.
  3. Share from personal experience rather than telling others what they must do.
  4. Avoid judging, shaming, dismissing, or criticising another person’s choices.
  5. Do not use the space to attack doctors, medical professionals, holistic practitioners, or any particular health approach.
  6. Allow others the opportunity to speak and be heard.
  7. Treat what is shared in the group with care and sensitivity.
  8. Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

Emotional Check-In

Each session may begin with a gentle emotional check-in.

You may be invited to share:

  • Your name
  • How you are feeling today
  • One word that describes how you are arriving in the space

For example, you may feel tired, hopeful, curious, overwhelmed, peaceful, or ready to learn.

There is no pressure to share anything deeply personal. The check-in is simply a gentle way for us to arrive, connect, and begin the session together.

Closing Reflection

At the end of each session, we will take a moment to reflect, close the conversation, and honour the time we have shared together.

The intention is for everyone to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more empowered in their health journey.

Healing is not always about having all the answers straight away. Sometimes it begins with asking better questions, listening to the body, and being in a space where we feel safe enough to learn and grow.
