This 10 minutes free online health consultation, will provide the opportunity to explore the possibility of working together to help you overcome some health challenges that you are experiencing. It is also an opportunity to explore whether you are comfortable with working with the health coach, and likewise if the Coach is comfortable working with you. Your Health Coach is not always able to resolve every health issue or challenge, in which case you may be referred to a different practitioner.
